Redefining Taipei’s Urban Skyline
The Xinyi District is nestled in the heart of downtown Taipei, and is home to international companies and high-end residential estates. To redefine the city’s skyline, Continental Development Corporation (CDC) invited Richard Meier, the world-renowned architect and Pritzker Architecture Prize winner, to design the premium residential tower 55Timeless. Acclaimed Italian architect, Antonio Citterio, designer of Bulgari Hotels, planned The Sky Taipei, a high-rise multi-purpose complex inspired by the vitality of bamboo shoots. The development will house two global hotel brands, Andaz and Park Hyatt, and is set to become a new district landmark.

Elevating Taichung's Residential Area
Treasure Garden and La Bella Vita, our very first residential projects in Taichung, were also the work of celebrated Italian architect and designer, Antonio Citterio. Located in central Taichung near the National Taichung Theater and Park Lane, the projects display Italian style and character. Meanwhile, CTBC Taichung HQ was designed by Spanish architecture studio EMBT. Inspired by the image of a pine tree, this project seamlessly blends into its surroundings and is a shining example of a modern commercial building.
