CDC began the B7 development project within Xinyi District, Taipei, jointly working with Formosa Rubber Group, Great Union Construction Co., Ltd and Great Goal Construction Co., Ltd.

Continental Development Corporation (CDC)
CEC spun off its property development business to form a separate entity: Continental Development Company (CDC), which is 100% owned by Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC).

The Village Project Kick-off
The Village, Taiwan’s first township development project in Xindian District of New Taipei City, an exemplary large-scale residential project utilizing integrated planning to protect environmental assets on a woodland hillside.

Glyn Ing was elected chairman of the Housing and Real Estate Association of Taipei (from 1969 to 1976).
1965
Pioneering Developer of East Taipei
CEC completed two residential projects in downtown Taipei: Kuang Wu Villa and Jinhua residential apartments, pioneering multi-story residential complexes which spurred urban renewal in Taipei’s East District, a bustling residential, commercial, and business center.

CEC Moved to Taiwan
CEC’s branch offices were restructured in the move to Taiwan. CEC relocated its new headquarters to Chongqing South Road, Taipei, Taiwan.

Wei Dah Corporation was restructured as Continental Engineering Corporation (CEC) and relocated to Shanghai, China.
