Protecting the Environment

Our sustainable designs are earthquake resistant and harmonize with the external environment. They are also aligned with Taiwan’s Ecological, Energy-saving, Waste-reduction, Health (EEWH) system. We incorporate form efficiency, lightweight structures, building durability, and recycled building materials into our structures to reduce CO2 emissions during the construction process. In the areas surrounding our buildings, we use enhanced green design with permeable paving, abundant plants and colorful flower beds. This helps purify the air and reduces urban heat island effect, while promoting biodiversity. We also maintain pedestrian areas and parks in our neighborhoods so people can enjoy the facilities within our safe, green environments. 

55 Timeless Residential Tower, our luxury residential project located in the Xinyi District, is not only a classic example of white architecture but also a green building!

We achieved this status through intelligent design. For example, we installed 206 hydraulic shock dampers to increase the building’s lateral force-resistance from 1.2x to 1.25x, thus the impact of earthquakes and wind is much reduced. Such measure also helps reduce CO2 emissions during the construction process. Furthermore, rainwater collected via the latest harvesting technology is recycled for use in garden irrigation systems. In the courtyard, plantation of massive trees, shrubs, and flowers among unique boulder seat sculptures makes residents feel they are surrounded by natural landscape features. These not only reduce urban heat island effect but also help connect people with the nature.
