Tsun-Sen Liao
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Tsun-Sen Liao has been heading the Real Estate Development Division of CEC as General Manager since 2002, responsible for CEC's commercial real estate development, including department stores and deluxe office buildings, residential product positioning and sales (primarily in the luxury residential market segment) and the development of new suburban town communities. Mr. Liao was appointed as President of CDC when it was spun-off from CEC’s restructuring in 2010, and became Chief Executive Officer of CDC in January 2022.
Mr. Liao graduated from National Chung Hsing University (Taiwan) with a degree in Urban Planning.
