Kuala Lumpur: Serviced Apartments For Business and Leisure

CDC formed a joint venture company MEGA CAPITAL to develop Capri by Fraser, a serviced apartment project in the Bukit Bintang district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. World-renowned hotel chain, Fraser Hospitality, will manage operations alongside Fraser Hospitality’s hotel residence brand, Capri. The development is designed with the younger generation in mind, fusing the needs of business and leisure. Innovative hotel management service aims to address demand for space that integrates the working environment, social halls, and a platform for leisure and recreation.

Meanwhile, we also have an exciting development plan for a project in Kuala Lumpur’s Bangsar district. To oversee this new project, we have established a subsidiary company, Bangsar Rising Sdn. Bhd.

San Francisco: Serif and The Line Hotel, a New Take on What It Means to be Home

This project site is located near the historic Warfield building in San Francisco where Market Street and Turk Street meet. When completed, this multipurpose complex project will offer a total of twelve floors above ground and two basement floors. Residential buildings are to be located at the East Wing, while the West Wing will be home to a new hotel that features a revolutionary concept. Two international architecture firms will be bringing the project to life: Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) will craft the conceptual design, while Handel Architects is responsible for executing the project through to completion. The general contractor is the well-known Australian real estate company Lendlease. Once launched, day-to-day operations will be managed by The LINE, who, being part of the Sydell Group, boasts rich experience in boutique hotel development and management. Interior design was jointly helmed by LA interior designer Sean Knibb and BAR Architects from San Francisco.
