The first grand project of 2023 Pritzker Architecture Prize winner Sir David Chipperfield , who also received a knighthood for his services to architecture in the UK, launched in Taiwan is an architectural masterpiece embodying abundance, sustainability, and the poetry of life. With this project, CDC fulfills the promise that only Banqiao can surpass Banqiao.  

OMA, led by David Gianotten and Chiaju Lin, distills the essence of cities and villages, moves beyond function and the traditional typology, and explores the enriching road to future living – extending the influence of OMA founded by Pritzker Architecture Prize-winning master Rem Koolhaas.  

Continental Development Corporation, in collaboration with international architectural team, SCDA Architects, created a world-class luxury residence and landmark in the center of Taipei’s affluent business district - Zhongxiao Dunnan. Situated on prime real estate in Taipei’s Eastern District, home to many famous residential communities, the project foreshadows future development of the Taipei metropolitan area.

Taipei’s Zhongshan North Road, a unique location that was the first to flourish during a new era of prosperity, once attracted many wealthy and elite to move in and settle.

Continental Development Corporation (CDC), together with Taipei Fullerton Hotel, and Hyatt Centric, debut “Sensuous Garden”, a new benchmark international hotel residence in Taiwan. Embracing an Italian new classic style, the reconstruction at the site of the Fullerton East, will become part of the future urban landscape overlooking the Xinyi District.

La Bella Vita, sitting at the prime location in central Taichung, is a masterpiece created by the Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), which also designed Bulgari’s Hotels across the world. La Bella Vita features a honeycombed crystalline façade and bold horizontal contours framing landscaped balconies. The project perfectly captures the spirit of modern Italian living.  

Feel the Dream Touch is situated in the southern part of New Taipei City. The project, designed by Handel Architects LLP, the renowned architectural firm based in New York, has become a landmark of contemporary architecture in the area.  

Evoking the abstract paintings of Piet Mondrian, the structural composition of rectangles and lines comprises the project’s striking façade, instilling harmony amongst architecture and humanity. 

Global top 10 architect, Jun Mitsui, chose “bamboo” as the theme of Modesty Home — decorating this elegant residence with world-class sculptures and art. 

Our triumphant master plan in Xinyi District, the CBD of Taipei. Hung-Tsung Ko of LKP Architecture adopts the Sullivan Style of the Chicago School of Architecture to create an asymmetric aesthetic, pairing massive glass grids with natural elements for a luxury, Art Nouveau home.   

A rare luxury mansion designed by LKP Architecture and ART Crew from Taiwan and Japan, respectively, The Silence of Architecture is a gem to prize for eternity. 

Jointly designed by renowned local architects and interior designers architect Lv Jian Feng (Yung-Sheng Real Estate), architect Hsu-yuan Kuo and designer Yuan (J. Y. Lighting Design), The Honor of Architecture focuses on reflecting the environment in building design with an open view of the forest, perfectly blending this classic residence with Daan Forest Park, Taipei.
