Situated adjacent to the vast Sizhangli Park, which spans 4 hectares, every residence enjoys a front-row prime view of the park, complemented by a spacious balcony. Apart from the front and back gardens on the ground floor and the rooftop garden, Taichung Phase 14 also features six “forest parks” of different altitudes and themes.

 

"Green Utopia" features green coverage of more than 140%, a global village concept that Continental Engineering Corporation will continue pursuing in the future for the sake of ESG sustainability goals.
