Nestled among the crowded skyscrapers of downtown Taipei, The Peak of Abundance finds its place in a peaceful residential area. Unlike most of other buildings in the neighborhood, which were designed with a traditional approach highlighting the vertical aspect, this project emphasizes the horizontal extensions on balconies and window belts. The residence incorporates traditional Japanese wall grids and railings, commonly seen on other buildings within the district, to dress the window belts. The design smoothly harmonizes this building with its surroundings.
