The 29-story Arranging New Asia Bay and the adjacent 21-story Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung were co-constructed and developed. In terms of lifestyle, residents can enjoy two different identities: owner of their own residence and hotel guest making use of adjacent amenities.
 

Both buildings embody a global vision and local influences when it comes to  building design. This is reflected in the metal gratings, curved design, and earth-tone color palette, which matches the environment and reflects the city’s industrial development.
 

The buildings sit opposite well-known landmarks associated with an international port city. The project also demonstrates CDC’s prominence in international co-branding and the construction of hotels and residences.
