The first grand project of 2023 Pritzker Architecture Prize winner Sir David Chipperfield , who also received a knighthood for his services to architecture in the UK, launched in Taiwan is an architectural masterpiece embodying abundance, sustainability, and the poetry of life. With this project, CDC fulfills the promise that only Banqiao can surpass Banqiao.

 

Through the interplay of light and shadow, the virtual world and reality become blurred, with modules alternating between light and solid form, presenting a seamless integration of emotional order and rational geometry.

 

The project softens the border between building and city with giant trees, offering forested scenery amidst a bustling metropolis. By practicing the utmost moderation, architecture becomes eternal by transcending time.
