Our History

CDC has its roots in the property development business of Continental Engineer Corporation (CEC), Taiwan’s leading engineering construction company founded in 1945. In response to the fast-changing construction market, CEC was restructured in 2010 and spun off its property development business division to form an independent entity—CDC. Along with its sister companies, CEC, HDEC Corporation, and Continental Consulting Limited Company, CDC is one of the subsidiaries of Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC).

Our Heritage

Keeping up with the inherited corporate values of “integrity, discipline, quality and innovation” conceived by CEC’s founder Mr. Glyn T. H. Ing, CDC is dedicated to cutting edge innovation and collaborating with the very best talent from across the globe to deliver stand-out solutions and services catering to customers’ needs.

From our base in Taiwan, we have taken strategic steps toward becoming a truly renowned company on the global stage.
