The First Garden

The First Garden is the first development adopting the company’s new planning standard: “Technology, Pioneering, and Humanity”. Located near Huashan 1914 Creative Park, Taipei, the project was designed by Jay Chiu, winner of Far Eastern Architectural Design Award (FEADA). Chiu utilized the concept of horizontal lines for the building, in contrast to the neighboring heritage site Zhongshan Christian Presbyterian Church, which is Gothic and full of vertical lines — an intriguing, dynamic meeting of East and West.
