After pursuing skyscraper projects that brought Continental Development Corporation (CDC) to the peak of architectural achievement, we became aware that most peoples’ core aspiration is their residence. To craft an excellent home, we must continually revisit what people truly care about. With this new mindset, Elegance is Wealth was the first residential masterpiece that CDC launched in Xinyi District, a prime Taipei location. Focusing on the human factor and the building’s artistry, architect Hung-Tsung Ko drew inspiration from the style of Louis Sullivan — the father of skyscrapers — merging classical decoration with modernism to build a luxury, Art Nouveau building.
