In between architecture and home, the forest is blooming
Continental Development Corp. collaborated with the globally renowned KTA architectural firm to embark on a journey of dialogue and design with the environment. To embrace the shape of nature, architectural outlines were defined by curves, conveying the essence of forests. Integrating sustainable design thinking, internationally certified green building materials were utilized, embodying ESG values.
Seeking harmony between nature and the city, CDC meticulously sought the most valuable location in the city, ultimately choosing Banqiao, New Taipei City, a location where two significant streets intersect, and a location adjacent to a 19,544 square meter park. KTA employed architectural mimicry with landscaping, expanding greenery along the streets, allowing residential space to be an extension of the park, and reshaping the intimate connection between architecture and the environment, allowing for the perfect coexistence of humans and nature.
