Elevating Taichung’s luxury residences at Park Lane
Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), the firm that designed the Bulgari Hotels in Milan, London and Bali, was responsible for the creation of Treasure Garden. The elegant façade skillfully reveals the unique character of this residence. Maestro Antonio Citterio was in charge of all the design tasks, from the architecture and landscaping, to the interior design and furniture. Treasure Garden is now the most magnificent landmark on Park Lane.

Treasure Garden is the first residential building in Taichung equipped with tuned mass damper (TMD, an anti-seismic measure in Taipei 101, one of the world’s tallest skyscrapers). TMD stabilizes the building by reducing the amplitude of mechanical vibration such as wind, earthquakes, and other forces. In addition, shock-resistant columns and bracings also make this residence safer.
