Essence is a clear statement about how Continental Development Corporation views global warming. We meticulously transformed this residential building with the concept of urban afforestation — wooden railings on the exterior resemble giant plant trellises, the lounge garden is artfully designed, and greenery in all of the entrances and balconies of each unit. Our utmost effort was channeled into creating a relaxed living space on Dunhua Boulevard in the heart of downtown Taipei. This architectural home welcomes people to reside in comfort.
