CDC joining forces with Alison Brooks, one of Britain’s most influential architects, artfully weaves nature into modern design. Like an abundant harvest, the architecture is a testament to the terrain and the rhythms of the four seasons, unveiling a new chapter for Taichung.

Classical roots are influenced by avant-garde British Neo-Luxury, carefully matched with 5,619.86 square meters of streetscape where the passage of time and light are celebrated. Three elevated manor residences become a living tableau, cultivating a modern garden home that invites exploration, quiet reflection, and unforgettable experiences.
